Recon K9 partners with Edgar Brothers for EU distribution

Recon K9 is proud to announce their partnership with Edgar Brothers as their premier distributor for the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland markets.

Edgar Brothers was founded in 1947 and is one of the oldest and most respected importers and wholesalers of firearms, ammunition, and associated defense and military products in their region. Recon K9 will be distributed through their Police and Military division, focusing on

handlers and operators alike who need the finest and most dependable K9 tactical equipment available. Recon has been servicing the UK since 2014 when it originally started designing and manufacturing K9 tactical vests and other related items under the Remington K9 brand name. Through coordinated training exercises with MARSOC, US Secret Service, SEALS and others, Recon was introduced to the UK Ministry of Defense where their product line was tested and proven throughout their various branches.

Recon K9 is looking forward to launching new and exciting products in 2021, with the European market being a big component of that product launch. In October of this year, Recon K9 announced the addition of Working K9 Scandinavia, another distribution partner focused on Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway helping to round out their EU partnership with Schweikert Dog Sports who handles tactical vest sales in Germany to their military units.

Recon K9 hopes to be supplying the UK market with their tactical K9 equipment by the first of the year. “We’ll use the balance of 2020 to build up our supply chain and work out the finer details of our partnership with Edgar Brothers so that we’re locked n’ loaded going into 2021”, smiles Watson. With the release of their brand new DermalTac Alpha vest which is due to premier at the first of the year, the team at Recon K9 are looking for a groundswell of interest from both domestic and international clientele alike.
