Shipping policy

Due to a recent change in licensing and acquisition agreement between FirstSpear and ReconK9, orders are on a delayed shipping schedule. Under this agreement, FirstSpear has assumed responsibility for the manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, and customer support of all Recon K9 products. Any order that is newly placed could take an estimated 6-8 weeks to fulfill unless the inventory is currently on hand and available in the warehouse. 

What this means for you:
  • If your order was placed prior to March 2026, your order remains active and in process. 
  • Your product is being built and fulfilled through FirstSpear’s manufacturing and logistics pipeline. 
  • You will receive the same Recon K9 design, methodology, and working-dog mission focus you expect, now supported by FirstSpear technologies, materials, and production infrastructure. 
This integration allows us to deliver stronger long-term product availability, consistent quality, and improved fulfillment reliability.
