At Recon K9, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we are committed to working with you to make it right. We guarantee all products against manufacturer defects. If an item is found to be defective, we will replace it and cover shipping costs both ways. Please review the details of our return policy below.
Return Policy
You may return any item except armor within 60 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Approved returns will receive a full refund minus original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturer defect. Products showing signs of non-manufacturer damage, wear, or use (including hair, dirt, teeth marks, or other alterations) are not eligible for return. If a returned item does not meet these requirements, a customer service representative will contact you, and the item will be returned at your expense.

How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
To begin the process, please follow these steps:
1. Email sales@first-spear.com with the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Item name and quantity
- For warranty claims, please include clear photos of the item(s)
2. Include a copy of your RMA confirmation with your return or repair shipment.
3. We recommend insuring your package for your protection. Send your return to:

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
After approval, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3–5 additional business days for the credit to appear on your account.
