Service and performance.

First off. I bought the Agitation collar in the wrong size. I sent an email and I asked if I could exchange it. Jason said he would send a smaller one and when I get it just put the old one in the envelope and send it back. Pure trust on Reconk9 for me to do the right thing and of course I did just that. Nice to have that trust in this day and age. The collar is fantastic, built for the long run. FYI I bought a large and it was two big for my 85 German Shepard.
